If you are a Michigan Blue Cross® member, our app offers convenient access to important health plan details. This helps you make more informed decisions when seeking care. As a member of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, you can utilize the app to:

• View your deductible and other plan balances
• Check which services are covered by your plan
• Monitor claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Manage your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through our Health Equity partner
• Pay your plan bill if you have non-employer coverage
• Find doctors and hospitals within your network
• Select and view your Primary Care Physician
• Access care, including our 24-hour nurse line and telehealth services
• Carry your virtual ID card with ease
• Compare quality ratings for doctors and procedure costs
• Research drug prices and coverage requirements
• Contact customer support for assistance
• Take your health assessment and engage in other wellness services
• Access our Virtual Assistant for assistance at any time, day or night
• Maintain updated and secure account information
• Utilize biometric login for faster access to the app

Please note that while the app supports most of our plans, there are a few exceptions:

1. FEP members with a PPO plan
2. MESSA members
3. Blue Cross Complete (Medicaid) members
